Los Tres Magueyes in Holly Springs

Ordered online through their website. Went to pick it up and it turns out the person in charge of placing the order never placed it. So then we had to wait at the restaurant for another 10 minutes while they make our food. At first, I'm thinking mistakes happen, this isn't a big deal. But then another customer comes to talk to the person taking orders while the waitresses are putting out fulfilled orders. They carry on a 10 minute conversation NOT ABOUT ORDERING FOOD. The employee was literally talking about what PAPA JOHNS MENU had while MY FOOD sat getting cold. Finally when they are done with their conversation, we get our semi-warm food. Go to a different restaurant.

Ordered two dinners yesterday and told it would be 10-15 minutes. Picked up food and it was barely warm when we opened it at home (We live 1/2 mile away). Had to reheat it in the oven.

I have ordered from this place multiple times. Basically the same thing. Tonight ordered the same things and got just three tacos with steak meat. Then when I called he said it was because of the way I ordered it. No, I get the same stuff every time. But ok.

Awesome place to eat Mexican food, the employees are friendly, nice, helpful and professional. Clean, spacious, colorful location.Enough parking spaces. They do delivery too by DoorDash.

Food and service was great as always

This place is fantastic! The chips and salsa are excellent. The fresh guacamole is a must have. Flavor of the food is perfect and the flan is a hit. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Holly Springs! Staff is pleasant and friendly.

The tacos were the worst we ever tasted. The questionable meat was so water soaked the water was dripping onto our plates. The imitation cheese that was on top made it equally tasteless. Two stars is being generous!

They recently opened after moving from their old location in holly springs. This is a great little place, with friendly staff. We've been going for literally years and it's always the same great people.

Absolute five-star service! My office and I came in last minute with 11 people and they immediately found tables and took drink orders. Kind, friendly staff and smiling faces. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Food is really good, service is mediocre at best. Overall, I'd tolerate it to eat there again

They only gave us 2 napkins for the entire meal they overcharged us for the food and the salsa had a freezer burnt kind of taste to it

If you enjoy smaller portions at expensive prices, this is the place. Fajitas came with beans but no rice. Seems price of beans must be skyrocketing due to portion size we received. Other Los Tres locations accept coupons but not this place. Be prepared to spend way to much for way to little. You might even leave hungry.

Thanks for being open for takeout! Had a great dinner tonight. LTM made it safe and easy to call in and swing by for pickup.

Prices are good, the food not so much. The "beef" made taco bell seem like premium quality. It really did not resemble any kind of meat product at all. Cheese tasted like American processed cheese food. Many of our dishes were soggy. Service was good. The bathroom was dirty. There are better options out there.

It really is possibly the best Mexican food restaurant in holly Springs. Definitely great margaritas. Never a wait

Amazing food and excellent service. This is easily my favorite restaurant to eat at. I love to come here with my grandmother on our birthday.

By far my go-to for authentic style mexican food. I ordered the vegetarian combo which had a Chalupa, bean burrito and cheese enchilada. Very tasty beans which gives it that real authentic taste. Staff is friendly and the decor is fun. Highly recommend.

Having been raised in Texas, the quality of Mexican food is very important to me. The salsa here is more of the blended variety rather than chopped, but at least it's not spiced tomato paste like at other restaurants. Definitely the best place in the area to grab an arroz con pollo.

This was our 1st visit to this restaurant. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with a bar. The wait staff was friendly and the food was good.

Good food, good prices, good service. I like all of their dishes with chorizo. They have some a couple of good Mexican beers that I don't see very often, like Victoria.

Very speedy service.chips are fresh, hot and good..lunch is enjoyable...Sasa is a little plain but doable...staff very pleasant and attentive ... Restroom is clean and attended to... I would recommend to give them a try ...enjoy....

It is really hard to find a good Mexican restaurant in NC, but this one is my favorite! This is coming from an Angelino. The service is very good, and the staff are really friendly! I also like the atmosphere as well! Reminds me of home!

We've come here a couple times now and always leave full and satisfied. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the decor is fun and cheerful. Also, the verdes sauce is very tasty.

Great food, but unfortunately if you are vegetarian, vegan, etc., there are as many options to choose from.

Regional chain of restaurants serving Mexican style selections at reasonable prices. For the price you receive more than enough to not leave hungry. Skip the combo selections and order from other areas of the menu for a real treat.

I always order the chipolte chimichangas, and have never been disappointed. Always comes out fast & hot with very fresh vegetables and cheese. Its previous location had a better atmosphere. The new one is obviously still the shell of an old Wendy's. However the friendly staff and great food will keep me a regular customer.

Our go-to for quick and good Mexican food! Service is fast and cheerful and the food has always been tasty. Our kids appreciate the colorful booths and atmosphere and the adults appreciate the lack of a wait even during peak dinner times.

I eat here way too much. Close to my office. The restaurant is super clean, service is top shelf.

I ordered a soda, 4 ounces of cheese dip, 4 ounces of salsa and it was $11 which is literally half the price of two meals at another local Mexican restaurant. Not to mention, both the salsa and the cheese dip were very watery. I do not recommend at all.
